Winter Sleep

Those two last weeks I felt like a squirrel having its winter sleep. Just getting up once in a while to get the necessary things. Missed this feeling for years, so it is time for waking up. Next week :-)

Another Reason for bigger Faith

Yesterday in the streetcafé one of the volunteers was missing her jacket. She had placed it on a chair, having her keys and drivers license in it. Soon it was very clear someone had taken it by purpose. We tryed to find out his name, where he could life or where we could find him. This is not easy with our guests sometimes. Calling the police you won't do so easily either for different reasons. We prayed for a miracle. I'm not sure if those of us who prayed really believed in the jacket just re-appearing again. We prayed this, yes, but we also prayed to find the guy who had taken the jacket. For me this sounded more realistic. Though I prayed for the jacket just to appear in the café.
You guess it. This is exactly what happened. With many of our guests witnessing it. If it is only little faith, it is a good idea to place it on the right person... :-)
